For Churches with very good credit and strong financials. This program offers churches a fully fixed rate of 10, 15, 20, or 25-Years with amortization periods of up to 25-Years.

Easy Basic:

This program offers fixed term options of 3 or 5-years with amortization options up to 25-years. This program has a lower debt service requirement than our standard and fixed but still has good interest rate options.

Construction Loan:

This loan is designed for new construction and renovation of Church buildings. This includes additions, christian education wings, youth centers, fellowship halls, offices, parsonages, and a variety of expansion projects.

Property Purchase:

This Church loan is designed for purchasing new property for those planning to construct a new building in the short or long-term. This is a real estate acquisition loan.
